Information requiring confirmation
Confirm whether receipt images, receipt text, participant details, expense records, settlement information, account identifiers, device information or diagnostic data are accessed, collected, stored or shared. These are review questions, not claims that the app collects these categories.
Processing and third parties
Confirm whether scanning takes place on device or through a service; every SDK and service provider; each data flow and purpose; permissions; encryption and access controls; storage locations and international transfers.
Retention, deletion and user choices
Confirm retention periods and deletion processes for every relevant data category. If the app supports account creation, confirm both the in-app and web-based account-deletion paths. Confirm how people can access or correct information and contact the developer.
Before publication
Review the actual app build and SDK inventory; approve accurate disclosures; align the policy with the Play Console Data safety form and in-app disclosures; confirm children’s use and applicable age rules; add the effective date; publish the final approved policy at a stable public URL.
